WAMMS RETURN POLICY

  1. To request a return, you must notify WAMMS by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject PRODUCT RETURN, including the following information:

    a. Buyer’s Name
    b. Order Number
    c. Purchase Date
    d. Reason for the Return

  2. To return a product, it must be in its original packaging, as the product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was shipped. Otherwise, it will not be accepted.

  3. Returns are only accepted within 7 days after the date of purchase. After this period, returns will not be received.

  4. A 20% fee of the product value will be applied to the return.

  5. Cash refunds are not issued. Refunds will be made via electronic transfer or bank deposit.

  6. Returns will NOT be accepted under the following circumstances:

    • The product has been used, is damaged, dirty, or no longer retains 100% of its original condition as it was shipped.

    • The packaging or product boxes have non-original labels, appear tampered with, scratched, dented, dirty, or show any form of damage.

    • The packaging or boxes are not the original ones.

    • The invoice includes the statement "No Returns and/or Cancellations."

WAMMS does not assume nor authorize any other person to modify or change this warranty policy, nor to assume any other guarantee or responsibility related to the products.


CANCELLATIONS

An order may be fully or partially canceled as long as production has not yet begun.
Production begins as soon as the manufacturing process for the item requested by the customer has started.

WAMMS begins the manufacturing process as follows:

  • If the order is received before 3:00 PM, production begins the same day.

  • If the order is received after 3:00 PM, production begins the following day.

If the manufacturing process has already begun, the order CANNOT be canceled, as most products are personalized and made according to the customer's request.

You may request a cancellation by emailing [email protected] with the following details:

  • Email Subject: Order Cancellation

  • Name

  • Purchase Date

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Cancellation

If production has not begun, the order may be canceled and your payment can be refunded.

Refund Processing

  • Debit or Credit Card Payments:
    The refund or cancellation of the charge will be applied to the same card used for the payment. This process may take up to 15 business days, depending on the issuing bank’s policies.

  • PayPal Payments:
    The refund will be issued to your PayPal account. This process may take up to 3 business days.

  • Payments via Deposit, Bank Transfer, or Dinero Mail (Oxxo, 7-Eleven):
    A credit note will be issued for use in a future purchase (if the customer accepts), or the payment may be refunded.
    Refunds will be made via bank transfer within no more than 3 business days once transfer details have been received from the customer.
