WAMMS WARRANTY POLICY

The warranty period begins at the moment full payment for the product is made, as reflected on your purchase receipt.

All our products include a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

A manufacturing defect is considered to exist when:
a. The product received is damaged, dented, cut, scratched, or is not in the original condition in which it was shipped.
b. WAMMS takes photographs of all products prior to shipping to document their condition. Therefore, to apply the warranty, customers will be asked to provide photographs of the product showing the defect, allowing us to compare the shipping condition with the arrival condition.
c. These photographs will also be used to carry out an internal investigation regarding the product’s damage. -
If the photographs initially show that the product was modified, altered, manipulated, or damaged by the customer, the warranty will be void.

This warranty applies only under normal or residential use, according to the purpose for which the product was designed. It does not cover defects resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, or improper use. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO PHYSICAL OR SELF-INFLICTED DAMAGE.

WAMMS is not responsible for any expenses or discounts generated from a return or repair unless prior authorization has been granted by the company.

To submit a warranty claim, you must send an email to [email protected] with the subject WARRANTY, including the following information:
a. Buyer’s Name
b. Order Number
c. Purchase Date
d. Product with Defect
e. Description of the Defect
f. Attached photographs of the defective product -
You must cover the shipping costs to WAMMS (packages sent “collect on delivery” will not be accepted). If the product qualifies for warranty, the return shipping cost from WAMMS to your address will be covered by us.
If the product does NOT qualify for warranty, the customer must pay for return shipping. -
Using the contact email you provide, we will reach out with further instructions.

The product must be shipped in its original packaging—the same shipping box. Packages that are not original will not be accepted.

Once the product package is received, the customer will be notified of its arrival and provided with a tracking or case number for the warranty evaluation. It will be understood that the customer accepts the terms of this document.

If, upon receiving the package, it is evident that the product was modified by the customer, the warranty will be void.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product over its lifespan or improper use.

The customer is responsible for performing a thorough inspection upon receiving the product to ensure that it did not suffer any damage during transit.

In the event that your order arrives with physical damage caused by the shipping carrier, the replacement will only be valid if the customer reports it within 24 hours of receiving the package and only if the shipment was insured.

The product will be replaced if it is determined to have a manufacturing defect.

If the product sent for warranty does have a manufacturing defect but is not available in stock for replacement, a refund will be issued to the customer.

The customer will be notified via the email or phone number provided if their warranty claim is approved.

The customer must pay the return shipping costs if the product submitted for warranty shows physical damage or is determined to be fully functional, and therefore the warranty is not valid.
